Customer service can be reached by filling up the contact form on our website. A response within 48 hours will be provided.

RESCHEDULING , PRIVACY AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Full payment by credit card must be validated for your session before an appointment can be taken. Once payment is made for a session, it is non-refundable and can be applied to a later date, should you need to reschedule your session. All sessions begin promptly on time and if for some reason you are unable to answer the call promptly at the time of your session, the session fees are forfeited all together. Tickets to attend shows and talks are not refundable.

REFUND POLICY

Payment for readings, energy healing, supernatural guidance, coaching, private sessions, online classes, tickets to attend shows and talks is considered final upon booking.

PRIVACY POLICY

All sessions are considered private and personal, thus, everything is kept confidential. Your information will never be shared with a third party for any reason.

RECORDING OF THE SESSIONS

Recordings of the sessions are not permitted unless an authorization in writing has been issued and signed by Raphael The Worlds Medium. The rules apply to readings of all kinds : In-person readings, telephone readings, WhatsAPP sessions, Skype sessions, Facetime sessions, Facebook live, Instagram live, Youtube live, Zoom

SESSIONS BY TEXT

The information transmitted by text sessions / instant messages is intended exclusively for the person (the client) to which it is addressed by Raphael The Worlds Medium. Texts conversations may contain confidential and/or privileged material that shall not be shared with others but with the intended recipient of the text messages. Client shall be aware that any use, review, retransmission, distribution, reproduction or any action taken in reliance upon text messages are strictly prohibited.

SPACE ENERGY CLEARING

I release THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY, a division of Trillionway Productions from any liability and hold harmless from anything that I may perceive as connected to the services offered (including, but not limited to property/house cleansing) or anything else before, during or after the readings, consultations or other services offered. I am solely responsible for any mental, physical, emotional, spiritual or psychological issues that may arise, or that I, or others, may perceive to arise; perceived, imaginary, or real.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By purchasing and scheduling a session or a class with any of the supernatural talents represented by THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY* you agree and verify that you, the client :

1 Have voluntarily decided to participate in the session / class / reading / energy healing / medium session and have requested a session on your own free will.

2 Are at least 18 years of age, and have not been declared incompetent.

3 Understand your reading / energy healing / medium session is not and cannot be used as a substitute for any type of medical, health, psychological, psychiatric, or professional counseling, therapy or treatment.

4 Understand and agree that it is your responsibility to decide whether or not you require professional counseling or medical treatment and should you require such services to seek them on your own as needed.

5 Understand that no clairvoyant, psychic, medium etc is 100% accurate and there may be some things in the reading that do not seem to apply right now but could apply at a future date.

6 By participating in the reading, you are accepting complete responsibility for your own medical, health, mental, emotional, psychological, spiritual and bodily well-being.

7 Do on behalf of yourself, your assigns, heirs, executors, guardians, and all other legal representatives, hereby release, discharge, waive, and forever relinquish Raphaël The Worlds Medium, including his employees, employers, and any other person associated with Raphaël The Worlds Medium, from any and all known or unknown claims resulting from, arising out of or in any way connected with information you may or may not receive during your voluntary participation in a reading with Raphaël The Worlds Medium. You further agree that under no circumstance(s) will you, or any other person associated with you as a result of your (reading / session / texting session) attempt to present any claims against, prosecute, sue, seek to attach any lien for any purpose including satisfaction of a judgment or other judicial decree, to the property of Raphaël The Worlds Medium, and you hereby waive all claims, demands, compensation, and all actions that you, anyone associated with you or any other participant in the reading currently or hereafter may have for any injuries or perceived injuries or perceived or real losses you may suffer or believe to suffer because of or during your participation or involvement in a reading resulting from any actions, statements, answers to questions or omissions made by Raphaël The Worlds Medium.

8 Understand and agree that in the event any claim for damages shall be brought or prosecuted against Raphaël The Worlds Medium any person associated with Raphaël The Worlds Medium as a result of your actions, omissions, or other act, that you and/or your estate shall indemnify and hold harmless Raphaël The Worlds Medium and all persons associated with Raphaël The Worlds Medium from any and all claims, actions or damages, legal and otherwise, made by you or anyone associated with you including the cost and expense associated with defending such actions or claims.

9 Understand that all information provided to you during your reading is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed except as required by law.

10 Are accepting the terms of this agreement, disclaimer, and liability release, by your own free will while fully comprehending what you are doing and the result and consequences of your actions.

11 Have read this and fully understand this agreement, and understand that the purchase of a session / class / healing with any of the supernatural talents represented by THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY* represents signing, accepting and agreeing to all the conditions stated within this agreement and includes a release of all possible liability of the THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY* . You, the client, accept and agree to all of these terms and conditions upon booking a session with the THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY and waive any legal action against the THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY for the information provided in the session / class / healing sessions. You, the client, accept full responsibility for all actions, outcomes, and emotions upon and following booking a session with any of the supernatural talents represented by THE WORLDS MEDIUM AGENCY.

MEDIUM TALKS & CONFERENCES ( Terms & conditions)

• Tickets are non-refundable.

• Tickets cannot be resold.

• Each ticket is personal; your email receipt and matching ID must be provided at the door to guarantee your access.

• The event starts on time, and doors close 15 minutes ahead of the start.

• Phones must be switched off; neither photos, video, nor audio recording are permitted during the entire show unless there is written agreement by Raphaël Pathé, represented by Trillionway Productions.

• A photo printed on paper of the person or animal you would like to contact must be provided. Digital photos are not accepted.

• Raphael will connect with as many spirits as possible during the show, but it will not be possible to contact all the spirits. Raphael will select photos randomly among those brought by the guests, leaving fate to decide.

• Please note this is a group reading, which is different from a private medium reading. A ticket to a show doesn't entitle guests to the same service as a private medium reading. For private reading inquiries, please use the contact form to request rates for private readings.

• By purchasing a ticket to a talk by Raphaël Pathé, you agree that you have read and accepted all the terms and conditions on this page.
